For the first time, I am using a Fitbit product and I'm disappointed. Using an iPhone 7 running the latest IOS and a Fitbit Charge 3, I am consistently getting and "fbbluetootherrordomain error 24" when attempting sync.
I have restarted, made sure no Bluetooth devices were connected and followed all possible fixes (i do not own a Bluetooth enabled PC so cannot sync through there as the main thread suggests). I also get an ! appearing on the Fitbit at the point of the error. Any help in resolving this issue would be valued.

A warm welcome to the Community @864214.
I just wanted to let you know that I have moved your post from the Charge 3 board to the iOS app board, since I think that here you will be able to see more related topics about the Fitbit app.
Also, thanks for troubleshooting this "FBBluetoothErrorDomain error 24" by yourself. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible, sorry for any inconvenience it's caused and appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track.
Now about the "!" issue you are experiencing with the tracker, can you please provide me with a photo of this?
Please let me know if there's anything I may do to assist you in the meantime.
