Facebook not accessing?

I was trying to set up my friends, and when selecting the Facebook tab, it can't seem to connect. And by that I mean it never gets past the 'Connect Facebook?' page. The little wheel just keeps turning but no request for access is forthcoming. The phone is a new iPhone XS and the iOS is updated, so are the Fitbit and Facebook apps. How can I get this working? Fitbit Settings: Applications doesn't have Facebook registered either, but the apps that are connecting fine are listed there.

@Xiaron welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit app since it's not connecting to Facebook.

 

Please provide a screenshot of the page that gets stuck. This info will help me to determine the cause of the issue. You can find the steps to learn how to add images to your posts in this thread.

I am getting the same problem. 

Uploading an image looks ridiculously complicated.
