Hourly activity tile not showing in the app.

In the last few days my Veresa ap doesn’t show the 250 hourly step count. It shows on my watch. I’ve done all the trouble shooting steps I’ve seen online. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello @Karie76, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having reported this to us. Thanks for letting us know you have already tried troubleshooting steps you've found in the Forums and would like to let you know that usually when a tile is not showing in the Fitbit app is because of two different reasons:

  1. Your tracker has been removed accidentally from the account: To check this, please tap on the Account button and verify that your tracker is listed under your Name. If it's not, please set it up as a new device:
    • Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
    • Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  2. The tile has been removed from the Dashboard and is now invisible: To verify this, please scroll down until you find the Edit button. Tap on it and the invisible tiles will display a plus sign on the top left corner, tap on the plus sign to make them visible again.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink

This problem is now solved however it is not recording every hour that I’ve walked 250 steps on the ap. For example my watch shows 8 hours which is correct and the ap shows 4. I’ve synced it again, turned it off and back on.

Any update on this issue? My Versa shows 12 of 12 hours but my app shows I missed three hours. Is there a fix for this issue?

Hello, I have a question on the same issue.

The fitbit app on my phone will not display the 'Activity' tile. When I select Edit Today, and review the Manage Today Items, I can see the Activity item but there is no option to add it to my dashboard. It's weird!
