I’m no longer receiving notifications on my Fitbit versa. I tried restarting, syncing, and reconnecting to Bluetooth. Help! This is the main reason I wanted the watch.

 I’m not receiving any type of text messages or emails on my brand new versa light. I have spent over two hours troubleshooting mine, and over 2 1/2 hours on the help for him with still nothing solved. I have looked at everything and tried everything with no solution. Did anything for you work yet?

Yes! I tried the troubleshooting solutions. Not sure exactly which worked but I went through all the steps and now it’s fine.
