Can anyone please tell me why this keeps happening and how I can fix it - I cannot get the FitBit app to sync with Apple Health using myFitnessSync.

 

I continually get the "Error gettingFitbit Profile. Cannot sync." message.

@SunsetRunner, welcome! It's great to see you around! 

 

Let me help you with your third party integration. Fitbit doesn't sync directly with AppleHealth. If you are having issues linking the other app then you will need to contact the developer of said app to see if they are having any issues with this. Still you can try removing this other app from Fitbit's website and do the same from the other app and relink them as you initially did.
