Uploading Runs to Strava

I’ve looked everywhere and can’t seem to find a way to upload my runs onto Strava for my club to see, there seems to be no easy and accessible way to upload it.

Let me help you with transferring your data to Strava. If you link both apps then activities that has GPS data will be transferred. For past activities you can manually transfer them. You can follow Strava's guide here.
