The fitbit “Fond my Phone” app is not available for my Versa 2 that I just received. How can I get the “Find my Phone” app?

Hello @SV419 and welcome to the Community forum. Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured, not the most current firmware. Fitbit is constantly sending out updates to the newly activated devices. You got in line when you put yours on your account. Users typically get firmware updates 24-48 hours after activation. Some apps require the current firmware for you to download them. Be patient.

I have the app and have had the app for over a year and it no longer works. My weather app doesn’t work either. It says I need to sync my phone. Since the option for all day sync has been removed how do I keep my phone syncing all day to be able to use those apps and to keep my stats syncing?
