If I have to pause a run on my iphone8 the red 'finish' button and green 'resume' one are now mostly concealed by the bottom of the screen.  This never used to happen.  What am I doing wrong? So frustrating. TIA

Hi @DeeMoss. Welcome on board! I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how helpful it's to track your exercises from the Fitbit app and let me give you a hand with this situation. Before anything else, have you made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version? If you have, please try the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  5. Use the MobileRun function one more time to track your exercise.
