My Fitbit won’t pair and I can’t get the time fixed

Hi @RonnieM07. Welcome to the forums. It's great to see you here and I'm sorry for the delay.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Alta and the time not being correct. I've confirmed that the Fitbit app is compatible with your iPhone 11, so let me help you to get your tracker connected. Do you see an error message when trying to sync? Have you also made sure to update the Fitbit app to the latest version?

 

Please give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove your Alta from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections that are nearby.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  5. Select Alta > replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
