My posts have disappeared

When I’m looking for my posts on my own profile, they’re all gone, even thought I’ve been posting for months. Also, my friends list is visible even though I have it set to private. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, restarted my phone, and nothing works. I love the Fitbit community but this app is janky as hell.

Thanks for sharing your feedback about the Fitbit app and the steps that you've tried on your own to get its features working correctly. I'm sorry that you're having this inconvenience and let me help you with each of your questions. About your posts, do you refer to the Community Feed in the Fitbit app? Although you've uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app, could you please check if you have the latest version?

In regards to your friends list, do you mean that it's visible in other accounts when checking your profile? I'm asking this as while others won't be able to see it when set as private, you'll still be able to see it.

Hi, 

As far as the posts, I can see them if I scroll way down in each group I’m in. But if I were to view my own profile, it says “you haven’t posted anything”. I had a friend check, and she even said she couldn’t see any current posts, even though we are in several groups together. Does that make sense?

In regards to the friends list, it is visible to the public (I had the same friend point it out to me), even though I have it set to private.
