Trying to set up my brand new Charge through the app on my iPhone 6.  Set Up has been stuck on the "Hold Tight this could take up to ten minutes" page for half an hour.  Any ideas?  Thanks in advance!

In the meantime I restarted the app and that fixed that problem.

In the interest of sharing newbie info: after I got into the app it was showing that my Charge had zero battery and needed an update.  After waiting for the Charge itself to show full battery, the app still indicated zero battery.  Upon restarting the Charge it said it was running Version 110 so it shouldn't have needed an update.  After trying the update a couple of times anyway, both unsuccessfully, I rebooted the phone itself and all is good to go now.

@auntlisa Glad to hear you are all setup!

The battery indicator in the Fitbit App is the level from the last time that you synced your tracker, it does not show the live/current battery level. If you sync your tracker, the app will update the battery indicator to its current level.

Hope this helps you out!
