Fit will not sync

Since the latest update on 31/3/16. My Fitbit zip will not sync.

Follow the instructions to reset your device. That worked for me. Instructions were in the help section or on Fitbit website. Search restart Fitbit tracker. Good luck.

Hey there @jjh218 @Ellen1060 welcome to our Community! Robot winkI totally agree with @Ellen1060's suggestion, sometimes restarting your tracker does the trick. To restart your Zip please follow the steps provided in here. After this, please do the following:

 

1. Turn off the Bluetooth on your mobile device.

2. Turn off your mobile device for 25 seconds and turn it back on

3. Turn your Bluetooth back On on you mobile device

4. Try syncing your tracker one more time.

Sorry, that didn't work with my iPhone 6 iOS 10.3. I will try resetting my Fitbit Flex.

Welcome to our Community @OngDoug thanks for stopping by! Robot HappyYeah, you can try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided in this thread and then you can follow the steps in my previous post one more time. Sometimes the restart does the trick.
