Ok as long as I'm not the only one. I called customer support and they keep repeating the same questions. I'm like I can't log out of something that crashes in the 2 seconds it takes to open the app!!! As of this moment it's been 24hours of the app not working.

Best AnswerMine either. I've done Twitter/Phone calls and they keep saying the same thing. Restart the app. I'm still fussing I can't restart an App that crashes when I try to open it. I guess I just have to wait for it get itself together. I hope it doesn't lose all my workouts. My Versa is still showing accurate burns.

Best AnswerSo I removed my ionic from the APP via PC once.
Unfortunately I can't log in on my smartphone without crashing the app.
The Problem is the User Mgmt and not a Hardware Issue

Best Answerit is fixed for me now, apparently it was an issue on fitbit's servers
