I have not received call or text notifications since the end of April. I've tried everything from making sure my settings are turned on to disconnecting from Bluetooth and rebooting my iPhone. This is becoming very frustrating. Please help!

@Chanpann Have you checked on the Charge 2 itself that you have not inadvertently turned off notifications? From the main clock face, press and hold the side button. This toggles notifications "on" or "off". (Like a quick do not disturb mode)
Check that - perhaps that is what has happened. (I know I have mistakenly turned it off when placing in charger.)
