Hello,
I just bought a new FitBit Charge HR. I installed the Application on my iPhone 6s with iOS 9.2 on it. After I signed in, I wanted to connect my new FitBit. I clicked on Charge HR and it says: "Request failed: forbidden(403)."...
I have read severals topics, which say, that I have to connect it with my laptop. I tried that aswell, but when it comes to connecting, it says that there is an unknown error.
Looking forward to your replies,
Paul

Hi @Paul1996 & @Enriss, I'd recommend:
1. Restarting your tracker.
2. Rebooting your iOS device.
3. Open your iOS Settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.
4. Use the replacement setup process to re-pair your tracker to your account. Click here for instructions.
This should help you guys out, but let me know if you need any additional assistance.
