Hi! Hoping someone can help me. I got a Fitbit flex 2 and have worn it for about ten days before it suddenly stopped syncing with the app. It looked like it was a problem with the Bluetooth in the pebble (iPhone not finding it but was able to connect to other Bluetooth devices fine). I charged my flex just in case lack of battery was an issue, and I did some troubleshooting: turning wifi on and off, turning Bluetooth on and off, restarting my phone, restarting the pebble... So far nothing has worked, and today it stopped responding to my taps all together -- no lights at all. Anyone know what's wrong here? It's a brand new device and hasn't gone through anything rough or gotten water on it.

I purchased my Fitbit about 3 weeks ago. It worked until yesterday. I called the phone company , it was suggested to reboot, which I did. It is not working, please, tell what I should do, l'm a novice at this technology.
