My tracker is alerting me when I receive a call or a calendar notification. But my tracker will not alert me when I receive a text on my iPhone 6s

Ive restarted my phone rebooted my tracker but still no joy

Can anyone help?

@ParmA  Do your text messages show on your iPhone's lock screen?  Double check on the iPhone that you have "Allow in Notification Center", "Show in Notification Center" and "Show on lock screen".

@ParmA  Do your text messages show on your iPhone's lock screen?  Double check on the iPhone that you have "Allow in Notification Center", "Show in Notification Center" and "Show on lock screen".
