I have tried all recommended shutdowns, reinstall and restarts angle nothing happens. Has been intermittent for almost a week, from yesterday totally unresponsive

Ditto! I’ve gone as far as removing the Fitbit from my phone and successfully repaired it once, but when I had to try it again for the second time it will not happen. Notice how I said had to. After getting it situated it happened again. I’ve gone back and forth with support who has basically re sent me anything I’ve ever tried already. I’m getting pretty bent out of shape over this actually! I’ve been wearing Fitbits for years and never had any issues until the last year. Usually it’s little hiccups that are super annoying that get resolved eventually. But lately that eventually has been real slow to come or not at all. I’m paying $100 plus for these devices and I can’t use half the things on it that I should be able to!
