FitBit app no longer working or syncing after IOS 10.3.2 upgrade

My IPhone automatically updated to the latest IOS update 10.3.2 last night and this morning my fitbit app on the phone is grayed out and will not sync to my fitbit surge.  I am unable to delete the app off of the phone and re-install either.  Anyone else having this issue?

Hi @Ldrew226. My iPhone also updated to 10.3.2 but I did not experience a problem with my Fitbit app. Here are a couple things you can try, if you haven't already:

 

Power your phone off. Leave it off for at least 10 seconds, then power it back on. 

 

If the Fitbit app is still grayed out, then go into your iPhone's App Store and tap Updates at the bottom, right of the screen. Is the app trying to update? What is the status? 

 

Please let us know how it goes. We'll get to the bottom of this!
