Hello - checking this forum as a few other users and I have posted elsewhere that since allowing Apple’s 12.1.2 update to run on our iPhones, our FitBits cannot sync with the app. We have Versas and Charge 2s. Any help on the horizon?

I can’t help remedy it, but I can verify it’s a problem for me as well. New Versa + iPhone XS on 12.1.2 = fail. New Versa + iPhone 7 on 12.1 = flawless. While there are two variables in those comparisons, the anecdotal stories cropping up here (and over the webs) lead me to believe it definitely is 12.1.2 that’s the culprit.
Last year, Pokemon Go and the Plus acessory went through a Bluetooth sync problem that Niantic didn’t fix for MONTHS. I hope Fitbit devs are more responsive.
