We recently went interstate on holiday to a different time zone. I thought nothing of it until we saw the time was wrong. I couldn’t fix it so it was put away and the battery went flat.
Upon returning home we charged it but the time was still wrong, and now 4 days behind. And I don’t know how to correct it. I have an iPhone 7s.
I have deleted and re-downloaded the Fitbit app, checked that the watch is connected to my phone via blue tooth, gone to the app where it says “today” and pulled it down so it reloads, and also downloaded the latest version of ios. Nothing has worked to fix the time.
I’m a bit of a Fitbit novice so have no idea what else to do.
Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks 🙂

I have also reset the Fitbit using the buttons on the charger and it still hasn’t changed. I sometimes get the sync symbol (the turning circle in the top left corner) but it only ever stays on for a couple seconds.
