I have an iPhone 10 R every time I check my steps for the second time it changes from steps to kilometers. Does anyone know how to keep this from happening? I’m frustrated and don’t know what to do to fix this plus I’ve only had my Fitbit for 2 day’s😒

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Debbierobbins. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with the Fitbit app changing your steps to kilometers. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help.

If you refer to the main tile you see when you open the Fitbit app, you can do the following:

  1. Tap the Today tab > Edit
  2. Tap and hold the icon next to the Steps tile, and drag it to the first position.
  3. Tap Save.

You can find more information about the Fitbit app in this help article: How do I use the Fitbit app?

If this doesn't respond your question, please let me know the additional details. I will be glad to investigate further.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.
