Fitbit Alta not getting texts IOS

My fit bit Alta is working perfectly except I'm not getting text notifications. I have tried to re-pair the device and toggled notifications on/off. Also made sure do not disturb isn't on. Please help

Hi @Cbrown6 and welcome to the Community!

What's important to note is that a Bluetooth bond between your Alta and your iOS is required in order to receive call/text notifications. 

If you have a Bluetooth bond and call/text notifications are still not working, I would then recommend the workflow mentioned here.
