My Fitbit is attempting to synchronise but has been stuck for three days, and has not Synched for five days. I am unable to stop it in this attempt. I have tried reloading, switching off all other Bluetooth devices, in fact tried everything I have seen suggested

How fruesytawting for you, @Mollytibby! Have you tried re-starting it? Instructions are here. Please do it three times in quick succession then let us know what happens.
