Fitbit App - Food Calorie Out Incorrect

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I love my Ionic. It's helped me lose 15lbs so far. However, my favorite tool on the app, the food section, has developed a glitch. My calories-out according to the main home screen is syncing properly with my ionic, but the this value is not updating to the cals out on the food page. Therefore, my available calories for staying within my food plan is incorrect. I would really really appreciate help with this. This was my single favorite feature of the fitbit system, so im really bummed it's not working.

@tgambon Welcome to the Fitbit forums! I moved your post to the iOS App Board as there are more chances for you to receive an answer to your inquiry here. Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with the food log not updating your calories. Congratulations for loosing 15lbs so far!

Was this working properly for you before? When did it started to fail?

I'd recommend logging out from the Fitbit app, rebooting your phone, and logging back in. Check if the app will update this accordingly then.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling the Fitbit app and reinstalling it. That could also work.

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

I got it working again. Shutting down the ionic and turning it back on again did the trick.
