I've seen several threads and nothing seems to be working, but I have the iPhone 6S w/ the latest iOS version (11.2.1) and the Fitbit app will not download. In the App Store, I click the "GET" button, and it'll show a brief cycle, like it's starting to download, but then goes right back to the "GET" button. I've tried rebooting, tried downloading with WIFI off, to no avail. I also have plenty of space on my iPhone. Please help.

After troubleshooting, it appears iOS 11.2.1 has a bug in it that prevents the download/installation of Fitbit. 😕

@Adianez It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community! I haven't heard about this issue on iOS devices. Is your apple account set to US or are you in a different country? Have you been able to setup your tracker? You can try using a different phone or a computer to set it up. If you are using a phone feel free to check our list of compatible devices and if you want to use a computer then make sure it is a Windows 10 or Mac computer with integrated bluetooth and download the Fitbit software.
Let me know how it goes!
