I have the Fitbit Ulta HR.  Why can I not download the Fitbit app to my IPad Mini?  I have the app on my Iphone 7 Plus but I cannot find it in the App Store on my IPad Mini.

Choose the same version you downloaded onto the phone. Fitbit does not have a desperate version for the iPad.

At the app store on your iPad search for Fitbit - when the results come up there will be a "Filters" link in the upper left. Select it and then at the "Supports" dropdown select iPhone only.

 

It should be at the top (top right on my iPad). You should be able to easily recognize it as it shows the same screens you have been looking at on your phone.
