Switching from Android. Frustrating. Same issue. Fitbit is full height, but narrower. Just a different Fitbit aspect ratio than the iPad screen I guess.

Thanks for sharing that the Fitbit app screen looks small and I'm sorry for this experience. Just to confirm, are you having this issue with your iPad, or is the issue with the Fitbit app on your iPhone? Before anything else, please make sure your iOS device and the Fitbit app are updated. Then, give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your Fitbit account.
  5. Check your details one more time.
