Hi, since the Fitbit App for iPad updated a few days ago it no longer shows daily heart rate, just tells me to wear my device which I am doing, my average daily heart rate is being calculated as well as activity minutes so heart rate must be being recorded just not shown in the updated App.

As the title says, my Daily Heart Rate graphs on the app seem to have disappeared? When I click on each day, it says “No data
Wear your device to get heart rate data” even though I have been wearing it and it’s constantly recording my heart rate. Have contacted customer support but they’ll have to “coordinate your case to our higher level of support to have a closer look into your case.” Very frustrating.

yea this sucks

I just get the feeling they cannot be bothered anymore. It’s like a 6 year old designs their app updates because each update brings a new set of problems. They say they’ll get back to me, but they never do.

Hi there @TW555! Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you for letting us know that with the new update of the Fitbit app the daily heart rate is not appearing in the Fitbit app.

Please try to restart your Charge 5:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable.
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times with one-second pause between each press. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
  3. Another way to restart your device is to unplug it, wait a second, and plug it back in. Repeat this process 3 times in an 8 seconds interval and then wait 10 seconds until the device restarts.

Please try to force quit the app and open it again, if possible delete it and reinstall it again.

Hi. Exactly the same issue as this user. I tried all the steps suggested (including deleting and reinstalling the app) and still have the same problem. Did it work for you TW555?

I have had the same issue with my Versa 4 since yesterday with the daily heart rate graph blank and no historical graphs available when it had been showing these previously.

This seems to have coincided with the update to version 4.3 but was also when my premium free trial subscription ended.

I have even taken my watch back to factory settings in my attempts to restore the daily heart rate graph but it still says to wear my watch to get data. My watch is measuring my heart rate and the short term history graph is available on the watch itself.

@CarlosGonzalezT@Cariginal,@AlMM A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you all for all your efforts.

Can you please let me know which Fitbit version you all have so I can report this situation? If possible, can someone share a screenshot of this too?

Thanks in advance!

Hi
Thank you for offering to help.
I have Fitbit version 4.30.
This is what I see for any day selected for heart rate data.

Same issue here. The daily HR graph is showing up “no data” however the weekly and monthly graphs are working fine. My current HR is still displayed on my versa and in the Fitbit app at any given time, so I know it’s being recorded, it’s just not displaying in the Fitbit app as a daily graph. It’s definitely an app issue. (The data is obviously recorded and synced because it is being used to create the weekly hr graph.)

I’ve tried updating my phone, deleting and reinstalling the Fitbit app, disconnecting and reconnecting my Fitbit. None of this has helped.

i am using a Fitbit Versa 3, and iOS app version 4.30. It was working fine before the latest update.
