Hi, since the Fitbit App for iPad updated a few days ago it no longer shows daily heart rate, just tells me to wear my device which I am doing, my average daily heart rate is being calculated as well as activity minutes so heart rate must be being recorded just not shown in the updated App.

Hi there,
my Versa 3 is suncing all other features on the app perfectly fine but isn’t showing daily heart rate data for last 4 days. Worst is, it’s not showing daily heart rate data from previous days either. I have tried the following:
1. Turn off the device and on again (both versa 3 and iPhone).
2. Deleted app and re-installed it.
3. Manually synced multiple times.
The heart rate is showing ok the watch but this data isn’t getting recorded on the app.
any suggestions?

Same issue here. After doing all the above and deleting / reinstalling iOS fitbit app the y axis to the heart graph is missing.
Frustrating!
Does anyone know if Fitbit has acknowledge the bug for their version 4.30?

Add me to the list. I have a Versa3. The latest Fitbit and iOS versions are updated on my phone.
This is very frustrating since watching my heart rate is one of the main reasons I wear my Fitbit.

Yep same happening for me on iOS 18.1.1 with the Fitbit app version 4.30 (43028005).
Syncing to Apple Health and the heart rate data is all there, just not displaying in the Fitbit app.

Done all that!! It’s not the user causing this problem- it’s the app!!
That’s over a week for this problem, get it fixed. Get in touch if you need a reliable tester, reasonable rates.

I’ve had this issue for 2 weeks now 😞 ever since I updated my IOS + app. Same thing happening on my other phone but that hasn’t updated to iOS 18 yet so guesssing it’s an app issue. Really frustrating its gone on so long ..
