Hi, since the Fitbit App for iPad updated a few days ago it no longer shows daily heart rate, just tells me to wear my device which I am doing, my average daily heart rate is being calculated as well as activity minutes so heart rate must be being recorded just not shown in the updated App.

Then were you able to switch it back again or have you had to leave it on 24hr clock?
Best AnswerThank you this worked immediately and restored all of the graph history.
I would like to be able to switch back to a 12 hour clock so look forward to a fix in the Fitbit app please.
Thank you for sharing! This is a great TEMPORARY fix but not a Fitbit fix. We shouldn’t have to leave our phones on 24hr just for one app.

Best AnsweriPhone returned to 12hr and Daily Graph still working.
Fantastic response from the Fitbit Community. Shame on Fitbit for not appearing to address the situation.
Best AnswerHi Fatima,
any feedback on how to solve this?
Best AnswerWorked like a charm!
Best AnswerI have a Versa 3 and also have no daily heart rate graph or history. I’ve tried all the “rebooting”, on/off, updating etc but nothing has worked. Also tried setting 24 clock but this hasn’t worked either.
A real fix is needed and quickly. This really isn’t good enough as people are relying on this data for their health.
Have been with Fitbit since 2015 and Google keep messing with it and seem to want to destroy it.
Best AnswerHave you made sure to close the fitbit app after changing the clock? So swipe up on the app the completely close it then see?
