Fitbit App update not showing daily heart rate

Hi, since the Fitbit App for iPad updated a few days ago it no longer shows daily heart rate, just tells me to wear my device which I am doing, my average daily heart rate is being calculated as well as activity minutes so heart rate must be being recorded just not shown in the updated App.

Then were you able to switch it back again or have you had to leave it on 24hr clock?

Boom! This fixed it for me too! Not ideal but at least it’s working.

Thank you for sharing! This is a great TEMPORARY fix but not a Fitbit fix. We shouldn’t have to leave our phones on 24hr just for one app.

Hello everyone!

I want to thank you all for reporting you're having the same situation, for all the updates and your patience.

@ash122 Thank you so much for posting a solution too.

Please try changing your iPhone clock in settings to 24hr.

I will report this to our team.

iPhone returned to 12hr and Daily Graph still working.
Fantastic response from the Fitbit Community. Shame on Fitbit for not appearing to address the situation.

What did? Changing to 24 hr clock?
Thing is, as soon as you change it back the data disappears again …

I have a Versa 3 and also have no daily heart rate graph or history. I’ve tried all the “rebooting”, on/off, updating etc but nothing has worked. Also tried setting 24 clock but this hasn’t worked either.
A real fix is needed and quickly. This really isn’t good enough as people are relying on this data for their health.
Have been with Fitbit since 2015 and Google keep messing with it and seem to want to destroy it.

This is so frustrating. Not only because of the missing data but also because Google do not seem to be addressing the fault.
Is there another way of asking for help with this?

Have you made sure to close the fitbit app after changing the clock? So swipe up on the app the completely close it then see?
