Fitbit App will not open in IOS 10.12.3 (Sierra)

I was able to Sync many times. I didn't use the fitbit in week or so and now when I click on the fitbit icon it does not start trying to SYNC.

 

What can i do?

This is MAC OS and not iOS !!!

 

Anyway, not sure this has anything to do with the trackers but is all to do with an unaddressed issue in the FitBit Connect Mac client ...

 

I have exactly the same with my setup (not that it matters but Charge HR) ...

 

Since the MacOS Sierra update you can get it to work for about a day or so and then you have uninstall - reinstall and then it works for a bit and then you have to do the same ...

 

One of my other Macs that still has El Capitan works fine so my basic deduction is FitBit need to update their last release (2.0.1.6809 / August 18, 2016) to be compatible with the latest release of MacOS Sierra (10.12.3 & now 10.12.4) which was released after their software!
