Fitbit Blaze is not able to sync on iphone

I have the Fitbit blaze and I can no longer sync my Fitbit! I tried everything from deleting the app to restating both my phone and Fitbit. Now I can't even log back into the app! It's really  frustrating! I use my Fitbit everyday this has never happened to me before!

If you're not able to log in to the Fitbit app, please go to your phone settings > general > date & time and make sure Set Automatically is enabled. Then, restart your phone and try to log in to the Fitbit app once again. 

 

Now, as you mentioned your tracker is not syncing properly, let's add it as a new device to reset the connection between the tracker and the phone. To do this, please:

 

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your Blaze is on the list of paired devices; if it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Restart your phone.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  4. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  5. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
