Hi there

My Fitbit accurately tracked heart rate last night but didn't log sleep at all. It logged sleep the night before ok. What can I do? I just want basic sleep data please!

Hello @candypooz, it's nice to see you around, I hope you're having a great day. Smiley Happy

If your tracker did not track sleep for one night, I would like to suggest you to restart your tracker and monitor it for the next couple of days. Additionally, please keep in mind that your sleep monitoring can be affected if you slept in a position that prevented your tracker from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your tracker higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
