Fitbit Charge 2 says it has sleep stages but it doesnt.

I just bought a fit bit charge a few weeks ago.  On the box it say's it has the sleep stages update on it however, it isn't doing anything. the app shows the sleep stage screen but just says no data. i love every other feature but bought it for the sleep tracking. Why is this happening? I thought buying it brand new would guarantee me to get the stages. Help!

I'm glad you're excited about the new sleep tracking features. Our team wants to make sure that you have the best possible experience with these new features, and our engineers are hard at work putting on the finishing touches.

Rest assured, Sleep Stages will be available soon on Charge 2, in the meantime, please keep an eye on this thread that will be updated once we have more information about this situation.
