I apparently loaded 8 alarms, now I can't access the alarm menu on the app anymore.
After tapping the + icon I get the message:
" You can only have 8 alarms. Remove an alarm to add a new one"
" OK"
no further actions possible...
What now?

Best AnswerI'm not puzzled @V6_bit, you have been using the quick add feature on the app, this feature only allows adds. To get to the alarm list press Account - Charge 2 - Silent Alarm.

Tap on the alarm you want to remove, this is the same as if you want to edit the alarm time, now press the delete function.
Or just edit the old time to the new time.
Best AnswerHi Rich
Unfortunately the app won't let me go into the setting / changing / removing of the alarms.
.....
Best AnswerA tap of an entry in the alarm list should put it inedit mode.
You can also do this on the web.
Best AnswerBut that is exactly the problem, I don't get that far.
When I tap + It shows me the error message and then OK, I tap OK and it is back to the + screen.
So I don't get to the screen with the alarms
Best AnswerThe alarms should be showing on the screen with the "plus sign
Have you tried on the web yet?
It might also be helpful to post a screenshot
Best AnswerHi Rich
Attached the screenshot
After tapping the + I get beyond message, tapping OK puts me back at the previous screen.
So I can't get into the alarm list

Best AnswerHi Rich
I found the web part where to manage the alarms.
I deleted 6 alarms and adde 1 new one, so I have now 3 alarms on the web.
The web tool indicates I synced to my charge 2.
The IOS app still shows the error message ("you can only hav 8 alarms etc etc")
But...to my surprise...the alarms have synced correctly to my charge 2 ...
