Fitbit Charge 3 does not synck to the App.

Since 2 days my fitbit charge 3 is not able to synck with the fitbit app.

It says device not found.

I tried reconnecting fitbit (it took 30min to connect at first & still dint work)

I tried restarting my phone.

I tried restarting my app.

I tried switching Bluetooth off & on.

It's still not connecting.

Help .!

Phone Model: iPhone X 2018 model , IOS 12.3.1

Fitbit Charge 3 purchased in April 2019.
Fitbit App version: 3.2
Fitbit Charge 3 Version: 28.20001.63.5

I notice that apple isn't signing 12.3. 1 but really I know nothing about iOS. 

Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Try these troubleshooting steps if your device is not syncing.

still not connecting.

Is it possible that there is something wrong with Fitbit Charge 3 itself ?
