Fitbit Charge HR

My Fitbit has been acting up lately. When I am working out it will buzz and start a timer but end about a minute later, it does that over and over through out my entire work out. My Fitbit also dies with in a matter of hours and the screen is always on. Sometimes it gets stuck on the clock so I can't see anything else. When I tried to reset it it froze for more than an hour. If anyone knows how to fit this it would be much appreciated. Thank you

A warm welcome to our new friend @Bitfit18! Hope you're doing great! Man WinkThis is a strange behavior on your tracker, I'd like to know if you restarted it by following the steps provided in this post? Also, please know that there're a number of variables that may factor into battery life, as your tracker's battery life will be determined by your settings and interaction with it. Variables to consider include:

- The number of silent alarms you have set
- How many call notifications you receive
- How often you tap the device or press the button to check your daily stats
- All-day or frequent syncing

To maximize the battery life on your device, you can disable these more power hungry features from time-to-time. In addition to taking note of the above, please try these troubleshooting tips to help determine the source of the charging issue. Finally, please try charging your tracker full, and then letting it die before charging again. This troubleshoot takes a few days before you see any effect on battery life.

I really hope this helps, let me know the outcome! Man Wink
