Hello @Shekar24 and @Agarwal, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. It's nice to see you too @ACG, thanks for all your help. Smiley Happy

@Shekar24, I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience with the Fitbit Charge and let us know about this issue. At this moment, if you have already checked the troubleshooting steps included in the link @ACG kindly provided, please try the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
  2. Try to start the Charge update from the Fitbit app again.
  3. Make sure the Fitbit app is fully updated.

If this doesn't seem to work, please try setting up your Charge as a new device to force the update to finish:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  4. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

@Agarwal, now, when it comes to the issue you're experiencing; tell me, which Fitbit device are you currently using? Are you able to sync it with the Fitbit app? Have you updated the app recently? If you go to your online Dashboard, are you able to see the information here? Please reply to me with this information as it will be very helpful for me to determine what should we do next. In the meantime, please check @ACG post and follow the link he provided.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
