My Fitbit charge 2 will not pair with my iPhone,

I have it paired with my iPad , it syncs and updates no problem.

try, and try again to pair with my phone and it won’t.

Updated app

updated fitbit.... via ipad

updated phone

restarted phone

re installed app

still no joy

My phone pairs with all my other Bluetooth devices without any issues.

Any suggestions please ?

Hello @cleedubber

There are two things I would suggest doing...here’s the first one:

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.
  3. Open the Fitbit app.
  4. If your Fitbit device didn't sync, restart your iPhone
  5. Open the Fitbit app.
  6. Try to sync now

If that doesn’t work I would restart your Fitbit Charge 2 (you will not lose any data doing this) Here’s how to Restart your Charge 2:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable and try to sync your Fitbit now.

😃 Please let me know if this resolves your syncing issue.
