Fitbit Flex not syncing

My Flex is not syncing. It sits for ages saying "looking", then eventually says last synced on Sat 30th April. This was around the same time as I updated the latest software update. Since then, all I am recording is calories burned. Everything else including steps, distance, sleep, etc are all showing 0 since the updated software was applied. Help!!

Hi @EckYoung, I can definitely help you out! I'd recommend the following steps:

 

1. Restart your tracker.

2. Reboot your iOS device.

3. Open your iOS settings > turn off Bluetooth for 10 seconds > and then turn Bluetooth back on.

4. Open the Fitbit App to initiate a sync.

This should get you back on track, but keep me posted if for some reason it doesn't.
