Fitbit Ionic alarm snoozing constantly.

I upgraded my Fitbit Ionic last night and the alarms are driving me crazy. It used to be that if you hit the top right button, it would snooze, and the left button, it would dismiss. Now, it keeps snoozing over and over with the left button. How do you dismiss an alarm without having to go into the screen to do so? I was in a meeting and hadn't turned off an alarm I had set. Since I was conducting the meeting, I couldn't stop and deal with the Fitbit so it kept going off every 9 minutes. Is this an intentional change or a bug? I looked through the release notes and didn't see anything about it so I think it may be a bug.

Hello @mpet, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, thanks for sharing your experience with your Fitbit Ionic and alarms. Smiley Happy

I appreciate you have taken the time to report this to us with as many details as possible. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to delete all alarms in your Ionic, then restart it by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. After that, set up your alarms and monitor them, in case they're still doing the same, let us know so we can check this further.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.

How do you delete the alarms? Don't tell me to go to Alarms on the app because it's not there.

I am having the same issue.  It's annoying how I cant turn off snooze.  I am a light sleeper, so I don't need it.

How do we get rid of the snooze problem?

Hello @correct thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that the alarm on the Ionic will continue snoozing every 9 minutes if you don't turn it off. To turn it off for the day, tap on the check sign that appears on the bottom right corner of the Ionic's screen.

Now, if you'd like to delete the alarm entirely go to the Alarm app in your Ionic and tap each alarm individually, then scroll all the way down and tap on "remove"

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to reply.
