As of yesterday morning, my FitBit One isn't syncing via Bluetooth on my iPhone 7. This hasn't ever happened before. Prior to that, the calorie count was off the past week. I've done all the suggested tips including deleting the app, turning my phone off and re- downloading it. Nothing is working. Help please!

Was one of the things you tried a restart of your One using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Hello @Hannahb08, I hope you're having a great day, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! It's always nice to see you too @SteveH, thanks for your input and suggestions.
@Hannahb08, as @SteveH mentioned, please tried to restart your tracker first:
- Plug your charging cable into your computer.
- Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
- Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
- Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.
After that, and as you have already tried some troubleshooting steps, I would like to suggest setting up your tracker as a new device, this will reset the connection between the tracker and the Fitbit app. Don't worry, none of the information in the app will get deleted.
To set up your tracker as a new device:
- Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is listed under paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device.
- Restart your phone.
- Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
- When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome!
