My device One is no more syncing with my phone, for past 2 days now. I tried uninstalling and installing the app again, no use. I removed the device and trying to add it back on, now it is not even able to search for the device. What do I have to do now?

Try restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

Give it a few tries as it doesn't always work.
