Fitbit One stopped syncing, won't allow to click on "Sync now"

my fitbit one stopped syncing at 6:20pm yesterday. tried everything i could find but nothing is working.

when i click on the icon, Sync Now and Bluetooth aren't even available to be clicked on.

Any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear your Fitbit One stopped syncing and the options Sync now and Bluetooth aren't available to be clicked onThanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.
  6. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image > Tap Sync Now.
