Inspire HR turns off mid-workout during call on iPhone 11 Pro

For the past three days, while I’m on my morning run, my Inspire HR randomly stops tracking my progress. Each day, I’ve had to take a call (30min-1hr) using my Bluetooth Bose sunglasses paired with my phone. Each time, when I hang up and look at my Fitbit to see how far I’ve gone, I notice that it stopped tracking my run during the call. Anyone else experiencing the same issue and, more importantly, anyone have a solution to this? Sucks.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Grabaslab.

I am sorry to hear your Inspire HR stops tracking your progress mid-workout when you take a callI appreciate the additional details, I totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. If you're using GPS to track your workouts, I recommend checking out this article with information about the different factors that can affect connected GPS. I also suggest doing the following:

  1. Log out of the app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the app.
  4. Restart your phone and your device
  5. Log into the Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.
