Updated to iOS 10.2.1 last week. It's been several days since the update, but yesterday, my One stopped syncing on both iPhone and iPad. Tried all the normal fixes, including turning phone and iPad off and on, hooking One to dongle and cycling off and on. Turned Bluetooth off and on. In desperation, I deleted Fitbit App from iPad and now the App is gone - not available anywhere. Am reluctant to try this on the phone.
Best AnswerI was in Thailand from 2/27-3/11 and my Fitbit one worked fine until 3/6 even thing it showed fully charged it suddenly stopped sometime after hours of unaccounted for walking 😕 I called customer service after trying all the reboot steps and was told to re-add tracker still nothing. As long as plugged in I see Fitbit 6.60, then full battery and as I pull it out of charger a flash of step icon then black screen.
today I had it plugged in and it syncs but as soon as I remove it goes black again.
funny our when I turn my iPad on there was an update 3/7 which is the same day Thailand time my Fitbit suddenly stopped working. Very frustrated. Only offered 25% off new one though this is from a 4/8/16 delivery. I was told the warranty doesn't go by delivery for replace, went but of the original purchase of the original item which was back in 2013 when I bought my first Fitbit one.
Best AnswerAm exactly the same. So frustrating it working but just not syncing. I've now ordered a new cable that has the button to allow me to restart . We tried everything.
Best AnswerSame issue seems like this keeps occurring with each release they issue. Getting really tired of it.
