Since upgrade to the new dashboard, whenever I select ANYTHING eg Track your exercise, sleep, active hours(5 out if 10) discover community it brings up OKOK International app instead.  I did not have them synced.  I synced and I synced.  Turned my phone in and off - today updated it.  Still it does the same.  I can’t get ANYTHitger than the OKOK app.  Which I’ve had to uninstall so I can actually get to my own stats on the Fitbit app.  Ridiculous absolutely z.

I cant find where my ahallenges are from others either.?

Mine is working now.  Not sure why.  My iPhone has updated to 12.4.  My Fitbit is 3.4.

However, my Ionic broke and I received a replacement.  I delinks my old Fitbit and re-linked my new one and now it’s ok.

I don’t know whether the iPhone update or the de-linking the Fitbit and then re-linking it may work.  Worth a go. You won’t lose any data as long as you’ve synced your Fitbit just before you do it as it’ll upload to the Fitbit account.  So go into Fitbit app and select your Fitbit.  Delete and then re-add.

If anyone tries it ket it let me know.

@Linm1 Welcome! It's great to see you around! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app opening a different app on your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. This is quite odd. Which phone are you using and which OS version is it running? Try uninstalling the Fitbit app itself although you could try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in first.

You can check how to get challenges with the new app design here.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello.

Unfortunately that hasn’t  worked. I am not the only person with this issue. I updated to the new testing app not realising. I am using an iPhone 7 software version 12.3.1 with Fitbit version 3.0 although before the latest update it was doing it on the 2.95 but didn’t do it before.  If I delete the OKOK International app the app works fine but why should I delete an app I use regularly to be able to use the fitbit app properly.  Although I still can’t see my challenges. I can see where to start one but not where ones you’ve started are.

I’m having the exact same problem. I’ve tried everything too. I’ve deleted apps, reinstalled etc and nothing works. It worked just fine before the update.

Me too and others have commented on other messages with the same For this particular App.  Nothing seems to be being done for it either.

Exact same thing is happening to me (and my wife)  Both using iOS 12.3.1

app was working great before the update but now just opens up the okok.international app when I try to view any stats. Connected Fitbit support on Twitter but they were no help and just blamed it on the okok app.

hopefully someone from Fitbit can get this resolved soon.

Why aren’t Fitbit doing anything about it.  It clearly is an issue with the Fitbit app.  I’ve spend a lot of money on Fitbit over the years and this is NOT customer service at all. It’s like they don’t care at all.  It’s obviously an issue with Fitbit

Same issue here. Unless I delete the other app, I can’t use Fitbit app. I use the OKOK·international for tracking my weight since it syncs with my scale. It’s really annoying that I keep losing that data.

Same thing. I’ve tried revoking access between the two and it doesn’t make a difference. Is there any word from FitBit if this is an issue they’re working on?

No nothing at all.  It appears FITBIT are IGNORING anyone who has this issue, and sometimes stating that it’s the OKOK app, which I can’t see as when I click on anything in that app it doesn’t select the FITBIT app.  Had to be an error on the FITBIT development side

You shouldn’t lose any data in the OKOK app as it should be saved to your account and it should all be there.  But that’s not the point.  Why should we have to keep deleting the app and re-installing it because FITBIT can’t be bothered to rectify the situation.

It annoys me as it cost me £250 for my FITBIT, and I can’t even use the app correctly. I wouldn’t mind if I had loads of money but I got vouchers for Christmas and my birthday to enable me to get it and FITBIT don’t care about their users obviously

@AlvaroFitbit Can you please talk to us? I just spent a lot of money (considering I don’t really have extra to spend) on the Fitbit, and expect to use the app correctly. It would not be okok’s issue as it only opens when I am using the Fitbit app. If many people are having the same issue, I feel like this deserves some attention.

I totally agree with you.  I don’t have a lot of money at all and I had to save up for it and wait for a long time, I am so disappointed that FITBIT do not give a dam about us

I have OKOK international and it gets redirected to it from Fitbit when I try tapping on anything from the “today” section.

Have any fixes been worked out? I bought my boyfriend the versa and would hate to have to return it because of a software glitch, but if it doesn't work right 🤷🏻‍:female_sign:

Went through a healthy amount of dialog with Fitbit on this issue.  I'm going to bet that those of us with this issue clicked yes when the FITBIT popped up with the question "Fitbit wants to access OKOK program" "yes' or "no", not realizing that the Fitbit programmers accidentally set a hook in the program that would cause this to call up the  OKOK program no matter what. I'm using an iPhone 8 with the latest IOS. FitBit pushed me off to OKOK International.  They are in China and I'm still waiting 3 months later.  So...  On my own, I discovered it must be an error in the FitBit app.  I have an old iPhone 6 and an iPad.  So, I tried this experiment.  On the phone, I installed only the Fitbit and scale app.  When asked the link question, i said "Yes". WHAM! problem appeared.  Said "No" when asked on the iPad, and not a single issue. Did the de-install and reinstall in the iPhone and the problem persisted.  Reset the iPhone 6 to factory and then reinstalled the two apps.  Said "No" to the link question. No problem.  HOWEVER! Resetting my "working" phone is not an option.  I've tested software for years for various companies.  This issue is, in my opinion, IS FitBit's issue! So, FitBit, what are you doing to fix this?!
