Fitbit Versa Lite Notifications Not Showing

Hello!

My fitbit versa lite used to work perfectly, then came iOS 13. No notifications at all. Then came the update and now I don't get notification alerts anymore, they go straight to the notification center that shows up when I swipe down from the top. I don't get a vibration or anything letting me know. I've tried restarting my phone and fitbit, playing with the bluetooth, and just about everything else.

Thank you for coming to the community with your question. Im sorry your not receiving text notifications. Currently notifications are a known issue and the Fitbit Team are working on a fix. When this fix will be forthcoming is not known at this time. Any and all current information about the notifications issue can be found there. Please post any questions or concerns about notifications there. I’m sorry I can’t be more help.
